Mr. Roberts is a recognized trial attorney who has helped his clients prevail in commercial litigation, criminal litigation, and governmental investigations.  Mr. Roberts offers each client individualized attention and the highest level of legal analysis/representation whether they are Fortune 100 companies in complex patent litigation, local businesses/individuals responding to Federal investigations, or individuals in criminal/civil disputes.  By paying attention to his clients' specific needs, Mr. Roberts has obtained successful results with juries, with judges, and out of court. As a result, Mr. Roberts has been named one of Texas Lawyers' Rising Stars in its 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013 Super Lawyers editions.

Following law school, Mr. Roberts clerked for the Hon. Leonard Davis in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.  This highly sought clerkship gave Mr. Roberts the rare opportunity to serve in a federal court and to understand litigation from a court's perspective.  Mr. Roberts had the honor of assisting the court with a number of matters including:  patent litigation, government prosecutions, labor and employment, ERISA, personal injury, securities fraud, and multi-district litigation.  

Mr. Roberts then joined one of the country's leading litigation and intellectual property firms.  Mr. Roberts represented Fortune 100 companies, small businesses, and individuals in matters including patent litigation, securities fraud, Medicaid fraud, contract, and intentional torts.
